The Palouse Writers Guild will host its 3rd Annual Books & Brews event on Saturday, June 18, 2022. At this free, family-friendly event, authors can meet with the public and autograph their books. The event will be held at the 1912 Center, in Moscow, Idaho and will run from 5 pm to 8 pm that evening. Winners of the Palouse Writers Guild 2022 Writing Contests will be awarded at 6:30 pm during the Books & Brews event.
The official book vendor for the evening is Book People of Moscow and they will handle all book sales. BookPeople staff will be on hand to meet with authors and scan their books into the inventory prior to the event. Authors selected for inclusion will be notified no later than April 15, 2022 and will be expected to provide a headshot for marketing and promotional purposes.
*The Brews Application is recycled from last year. Ignore the 2021 date, it’s still relevant for 2022.
**Rather than their usual 60/40 split, BookPeople of Moscow is offering an 80/20 split on consignment sales if the authors provide their own books. If you want to take advantage of this higher split and are willing to provide your own books, indicate that on the application. If you want to participate, but prefer to have BookPeople handle procurement, indicate that somewhere on the application, too.
